Aldi offer on NiMh rechargable batteries

    Hi Guys,

Went into Aldi for some more NiMh AA rechargables as I have found them to be the best around. I was given a great surprise at the till as they have been reduced to £1.98 for four.

Fully conditioned (five cycles charge/discharge) they last all day in my ETrac and also the XTerra 705 giving a good eight to ten hours hunt, which is more than long enough. I just then recharge ready for the next hunt. No memory loss and have had no failures.

There has been many a suggestion that you need to look for the high capacity 2700 mAh but these 2100mAh batteries go all day so why buy the more expensive high capacity ones when the voltage is what counts.

These batteries (in yellow pack) are not a recognised brand but I have been using them for three years now in detectors and other digital devices with no issues.
    Slàinte,

Cheers Mal, have to get some! I only went for the 2700's because they last longer, but 2100 is pretty good, and at less than the price for one for four, can't be a bad price!
