    got mine from eBay £20 originally £70. they were an Amazon return. it said on the box "r side not working" obviously some people can't read instructions - you have to turn the 2.5mm plug once...

    my new Sennheiser headphones are so good at keeping outside noise out I can't hear my pinpointer :)have to rely on it vibrating. Not sure I'd get one though even if Minelab produced one.

    Why? As it stands anything more than a gust of wind you can`t hear the machine let alone a pinpointer.
